NCLIVE
(North Carolina Libraries for Virtual Education)

What is NCLIVE?

NCLIVE (North Carolina Libraries for Virtual Education) is a collaborative project between the North Carolina university libraries, public libraries, community college libraries, and independent college libraries, to provide access to databases that would not ordinarily be available, particularly to the smaller libraries.

The majority of these databases are indexes to articles in journals and magazines, some of which include the full text of the articles. These databases have been integrated into the Barton Library web site under our Journal and Magazine Article Indexes by Subject page.

Other NCLIVE databases that contain information other than or in addition to articles from journals and magazines can be found under Other Online Resources by Subject.
