DEWEY DECIMAL SYSTEM
Although there are many ways of organizing books in a library, Hackney Library uses the Dewey Decimal System. In Dewey's system, numbers range from 001 to 999. It is helpful in finding your way around the library to have a general idea of what types of materials you will find under what numbers.
